Existing Anglian Water Customers

  • If this is your first time accessing your account online, you'll need to register first.
  • If you’ve logged in before - check your email address and passwords have been entered correctly i.e. spelling.

New Customers

If you're new to Anglian Water, first you’ll need to complete the online form or request a call back.

As part of the registration process, you’ll need to validate your email address. We send an activation link to the email address you registered with which expires after 48 hours for security. When you click the link in the email, this will activate your account.

Wait a few minutes

It can take a few minutes for your email to arrive.

Check your junk mail/spam folder

Then add Anglian Water to your safe senders list.

Resend Email

You can request a new activation or forgot password email after 10 minutes if you haven’t received the original.

How long has it been?

Email links will expire after 48 hours.
